After looking at every furniture place in town, I decided to quickly stop and look in Value City Furniture, I was pretty tired and didn't expect much. After running in like a mad person through the store I was greeted by Anessa Merrell, who understood I wasn't in the mood to chat...She quickly gave me her card and left me alone to make a run through the store. I did end up finding the perfect piece and she was so helpful to get me in and out the door quickly. She explained everything quickly and checked us out efficiently. It was much appreciated after a long day of shopping with melting-down toddlers. Aside from the service, the delivery process was fantastic. I appreciated that the delivery crew called before the delivery to let us know exactly how many minutes they were away. Lastly, the quality of the furniture is superb, I can tell that with my two toddlers, a teenager and her friends, and a very obnoxious lab puppy we will get lots of use of our furniture. Next time, this will be my first stop in looking for functional furniture, with an array of choices for colors, styles, and material.

Decent prices with friendly and helpful staff. Wait for financing specials before you buy because they have GREAT options!

Good customer service. Had issues with a product i bought there and they replaced it. So i would recommend it. Always get the warranty. They really do help you out if there is a problem.
