My mom and I were surprised on our visit to Bob’s to see the great selection and quality. We were greeted by Greg C. and asked if we were there to see anything specific (and we actually were) but were assured we could browse until we were ready without being bothered. When we found what we had come to see and were ready to purchase, Greg gave us all the details of the couch we picked out, showed us how the pull out bed function, and made the shipping and delivery process to my brother easy and quick. The atmosphere was enjoyable and Greg’s service was excellent. He was polite, funny, and helpful. We will definitely return!

Our salesman was Greg C. He was very helpful both times we came into the store. He gave me great ideas on paint colors and accents. The second time we came in to make our purchases he was fantastic. Never pushy or in a hurry. He was very friendly and personable. Thanks Craig. My living room turned out beautiful. I will recommend you to friends and family.

Not pushy they let you do your thing. Quality and price are great worth the drive. No middle man so you get your purchase faster then most places. The protection plan is great and give you a peace of mind. Craig and John were a great help and awesome to work with. They made it fun quick and easy. We will be coming back in the future and referring others to visit them.

I was at my wits end trying to figure out which way to place furniture in my new townhouse. I just couldn’t find the right furniture. Found my way to Bobs in Harrisburg. I was so shocked by the Friendly greeting when I walked in , I forgot her name! I knew right away this was the place. Loved the showroom but was skeptical of the ads. She made me feel so relieved to be There! Then she introduced Sebastian to me! Love Love Love him! Just the kind of person I didn’t expect. He was sooooo helpful! Really....he listened to every word and helped me decide and feel great about my decision! I cant give a five star yet because I didn’t get the furniture. But I feel so good about my decision! I sent the pic to my Daughter and I called my Sis in NY and told them immediately Thank You Sebastian and Bobs Furniture! I will see you again!

After purchasing a recliner and adjustable bed in July, we returned to Bob's due to the great service we received from Brian Collins. In July, Brian was very helpful showing us the specific type of furniture we were looking for to accommodate the needs of our parent that had recently had knee replacement surgery. The furniture was delivered quickly and I appreciated the Bob's App that let us track the timing of the delivery. As we made the decision to replace our sofa in January, we knew we would go back to Bob's and Brian again.
