Worst customer service I've EVER experienced. I just moved to the area from Pittsburgh and this store made my experience absolutely miserable. I purchased a loveseat, mattress, and a gray 7 piece bedroom set. When the furniture was delivered they brought a brown bedroom set instead of gray. They still demanded we pay the $180 delivery and assembly fee and agreed to re-deliver the correct color on the next delivery day. Then the day comes and they can no longer deliver the furniture as promised. They tell me they will do me a favor and bring it on a Saturday even though they only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. A favor? Really?! Finally the correct color furniture is delivered and when I go to set my new bed up I discover that the queen sheets I had purchased and laundered are too small for my new queen mattress and I now have to purchase "deep pocket" queen sheets. That sure would have been nice to know in the store. Overall I experienced one inconvenience after another from this business and not ONCE did any sales associate or manager try to make it right. My family and I were treated very rudely by the management when we voiced our concerns and they did absolutely NOTHING to help. Bottom line: do NOT spend your money here and if you do, you better hope you don't have any issues with your purchase because you can kiss it goodbye! You're better off shopping at a big box store where they actually have somewhat decent customer service.

Would like to tell the owner how his " Family business" is being run. Customer service was very poor ----was suppose to buy a table and chairs and a sectional had everything set up for pickup and they failed to have my furniture at the store on the day I was to pick it up let alone they never called me about the the furniture I called They said it was there so I went to t he store and to no avail it wasnt there they said the person who sold it to me made a mistake and i would have to wait another 4 days to pick it up, So I canceled the order they didnt even offer me a discount or maybe free delivery for me having to wait because of there mistake they are very dis organized and unknowlegable about there own computer system sucks i have to take my business elsewhere

Walked into the store and no one even made eye contact with me. I walked around, looking at mattresses for about 5 minutes without anyone approaching me to help. I was about to go interrupt one of the two employees working on the computer when I realized I didn't really want to stay. The music playing was so loud and distracting that I wouldn't have been able to think clearly to talk to anyone or make a good purchasing decision. Walked out of the store and went somewhere else where I had a great experience and bought the 3 mattresses I was looking for.

I stopped in the store one day after shopping at another store and was totally shocked! When I walked in I was greeted by a salesman and told him what I was looking for and he let me take all the time I needed to look and see what I liked. I didn't get a pushy salesman, and I just enjoyed taking my time, then when I was ready he was ready to work with me. So I diffenely will be back , I've already found the set I want for my kitchen.I enjoyed my day shopping at the furniture & Mattress Discount king, and will be back. I am one very satisfied customer. I had a great experience buying my first mattress here. The layaway process is easy and the guy who was working there answered every question I had. If I ever need to buy another mattress, this is the place I'll go to.
