Always friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of choices for furniture fabric and pillow fabric to select from. Reasonable prices for quality furniture. Flexible delivery, very friend and cautious when placing/moving furniture in. We bought one couch to start when we bought our home and we will be replacing all of our old furniture with them also. So far it's great quality and is really holding up.

Keep Driving! Poor Service
We stopped here and found a server that was just what we were looking for.  After putting a down payment on the piece we said we wanted delivery in a few weeks after we finished a remodel of our floors.  The salesperson said that was good because it would give them time to fix the door (that she noticed) that did not close properly. A few weeks later we accepted delivery only to find that the door was not fixed.  I got on the phone with the head of the service dept.  He had quite an attitude and said that the door operated properly when the knob was pushed but only if you pushed the actual knob... not the door.  The other door operated quite fine when closed without the knob but this man was sticking to his guns... NOTHING could be done. I figured I could probably fix it myself so I suggested they give us $50 off and we'd call it even but he wasn't having it; pay every penny or they take the piece with them!!  Well we did like the piece so I paid the ransom.  A week later the door didn't even shut when the knob was pushed.  A little lubricant applied to the hardware fixed it perfectly.  I hope they enjoy the $50... maybe they should spend it on an ad for a new service manager!  Next time... we will keep driving right past this place!

Service at Colony always good!!  Manufacturers should do better with their support by expediting production & shipping in a timely way!

Colony House Furniture is the place to go to be treated fairly with respect and professionalism.  You cannot beat their prices, service and delivery.  You will do yourself a favor by checking them out before you buy furniture elsewhere.
