I'd give them MINUS stars if I could. DO NOT buy anything from them that is "back ordered". The sales person will look you in the eye and tell you that they'll have it at your front door in @ 6 weeks. Six weeks later, customer service will tell you over the phone to read the fine print... it's more like 12 weeks. If you decide to cancel that order and ask for a refund, they'll charge you a 10% "Cancellation Fee".

I love all of my new furniture with Regency. We got a bedroom set a few months ago and I am pleased with the quality and style. We just received our living room furniture and it is better than I remember. The prices at Regency are better than fair. They are always having some kind of deal. I will definitely be back to purchase. See Tony "the rock" Stone when you go in. He is the best!

Just had a wonderful time at Regency Furniture! My brother bought his first brand new couch and Anna was the best sales associate we've probably ever had. Bright shinning lady wonderful and very helpful and to the point would definitely go back and see her to buy more!

I met Missy at Regency and let her know my daughter and I needed a dinning room set after just going through a divorce. She did everything she could to find something in my price range. We are so thankful we met her. We love our set.

Don't bother shopping here. We did and thought we were getting a good deal with one of their sales. We bought a ton of things and spent thousands of dollars at the store. New living room set (couch, love seat, entertainment center, end tables, coffee table) bed set ( captains bed and mattress) dinning room table and 8 chairs. We were also sold a warranty with having 5 children of course we jumped on it. Well it's like pulling teeth to get them to cover the things that the brochure says it will cover. So we spent and extra $700 on a warranty that is useless. We've had issues with EVERY piece of furniture that were purchased, and funny enough nothing cause by the kids. The furniture is warping and falling apart, the finish is coming off, and the leather they said was good quality (and should be with the price I paid for it) is pealing up. If I could give no stars I would.
