There is a lot of furniture here. Most of the furniture seems to be of high quality. The clearance furniture is all grouped together in the back, which makes it easy to look for a good deal. I really liked that I was not swarmed by sales people after walking in. Update: I had some furniture delivered damaged. Customer service was not helpful at all on the phone. I went into the store, with pictures, and they were very helpful, and eager to get the situation resolved. I think if you have any issues with this company you should take care of them in person. Everyone at the store is really nice and helpful, but whoever was manning the phone needs some customer service lessons.

Value City’s customer service sucks. Although, I absolutely love my furniture. When it was delivered it had some defects & they took it as it wasn’t much wrong. I was told I had to wait out 2-3 weeks for a service. Anyway I ended up getting the service in a week and I had to call 3 times before they gave me a time frame. If I had to buy furniture again it wouldn’t be here. I’m sorry they got my money.

I love all my Furnitue I bought for my new house. I furnished the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms. Took me a little to put everything together with the visit to the store many times . My sales team Regina and Anna exceeded my expectation. Anna drew the furniture on paper with my house and spent so much time with me . She is a born interior decorator and I don’t know what I will do without her help. The Value City Furniture team was helpful and I’m so grateful to have received such amazing customer service . All my friends complimented me on the new trendy furniture and great taste. They ask me where I got the beautiful pieces and who was my interior decorator. Thank you so much Value City Furniture !!!!

WARNING!...If you do decide to buy this cheap furniture, do two things, buy the extended warranty, and when your stuff is delivered, inspect it like you were receiving a new baby... If anything is wrong, don't sign for it, make them take it back to the truck and schedule a new delivery date for that piece... Once you sign for the item(s), and you try to call them later that day or the next few days because you see that something if wrong or damaged, you can call, email, and go there all you want, they will tell you one thing and do another, all to avoid replacing your item. The only way it gets replaced once you sign for it is if you have a warranty.... Good luck...with that as well...
