We just purchased living room furniture last weekend. Shopping at Powell’s Furniture was a very nice experience. David Richardson greeted us on arrival, briefly explained the store layout and let us wander around. It was a pleasure working with David, and meeting and talking with Mr. Powell that night. Also the furniture was delivered yesterday and a shout out to the delivery team too. They were professional, polite and a very pleasant team. All around a very good experience! I would definitely return to Powell’s for any future furniture needs.

The moment we saw David Richardson we felt at ease, right at home. Happy to know that he was still there, and it meant a lot to realize he recognized us as a return customer - as it had been ten years since our last purchase. However, our initial meet was in 2004 and we have faithfully returned to Powell’s on several occasions to furnish our home. It is always a pleasure to work with him. Dave has extensive knowledge on every piece of furniture in this store. He is professional, patient, attentive, courteous and extends no pressure. Always takes his time sharing detailed information on each set. During this visit I was truly impressed with the speedy preparation of paperwork and processing. In each visit Dave’s service is beyond measurable and truly stands out. His overall personality, honesty, and respect is truly an asset to your Company. We will continue to share our Powell’s experiences with friends and family. We wish you continued success in years to come.

Shopping here was a very easy and comfortable experience. Linda was our sales woman and she did an awesome job of letting us shop, getting a feel for what we want, and even helping to pick out some extra pieces that went well with the sectional we chose. Of the many furniture stores we’ve visited over the past couple weekends, I would say Powell’s had the better variety and options for configurations and fabric. We also like the 5 year warranty that included pet damage, and if you don’t use it you get it back as store credit. Financing our furniture did not take long, and was easy and simple to understand and without too much small print. We get our delivery in just two days, and I’m hoping that will be just as easy and trouble free as our visit and purchase. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone who asks. Thank you Powell’s furniture for such a wonderful experience so far.

Jacqui and the folks at Powell’s were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were not pushy at all and were helpful in finding and ordering things that were not in the showroom. I have been buying furniture from Powell’s for over 20 years and will continue to shop here and recommend them. Great quality furniture. Great prices and great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service. Met the owner ... very nice guy. Sales Rep Beverly was awesome. We went in saying we were just looking (2nd time around) and she helped us anyway. Usually sales people will say "okay" and leave us alone if we're "just looking". We're glad she was so helpful as we found exactly what we were looking for. On our first trip in two days earlier, we walked out saying they had nothing ... we'd overlooked what was right in front of us! Excellent store, quality furniture (we bought a bed here a few years back), wonderful people.
