This Walmart has pretty much everything... a big variety of products if you consider that Tarpon is a small place... I am satisfied with the quality they provide and everything looked fresh and clean... I enjoying shopping there very much... also the staff is very friendly and kind...

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Went to do late night shopping, all they have open is self checkout lines with literally 4-5 incompetent employees just watching the customers do their jobs for them. Self checkout was full had to wait just to get in, couldn't get assistance every time the machine would mess up which is about 90% of the time. Best part I couldn't even buy my cartons of cigarettes because of this. Whats the point in having a self checkout line, yet still have employees sitting around doing nothing and getting paid more than the employees who work during the day? Not to mention the faulty machines often say "please remove item from the bagging area" when you place one item inside and wont let you resume until you do so. This causes a massive waste of bags but hey at least you saved me money on trash bags thanks for that. I called to find out who the manager on shift was tonight, phone was answered by a associate (without a name) and refused to give the managers name as well. He said I could call back tomorrow and MAYBE that manager would give me the name of the manager of tonight. That made me laugh so i decided to speak to the manager himself. He gets on the phone is very rude doesn't care about the problem at hand but at least I got his name (Ryan) and the associate name was (Howie). Whats even more comical is I remember Howie from during Hurricane Irma complaining to me, the customer about how they would sell pallets of water to their customers and didn't hold any back for there employees which is highly unprofessional.Also wanted to add I called the Palm Harbor Walmart and they told me they HAVE to keep isle 12 open just so customers can purchase cigarettes when I simply asked " do you guys only have self checkout at night like the tarpon springs location?". I remember another instance at this location where this girl Laura told me my old hundred dollar bill was fake because it "had a fur coat on it" which they all do (use google) and she didn't even confiscate it or call the cops instead I had to walk out humiliated after taking 45 minutes to gather groceries and have to leave them behind. They have me a 20$ gift card for this and think that makes its right. Cannot wait to call corporate tomorrow even though they won't do anything about it. If you want good produce, baggers, a real deli, and actual customer service, where not every employee looks like a drug addict go to Publix.

Horrible service. I guess like most walmarts. I was searching for something specific and ran to an employee in uniform and asked her where to find that item. At which she replied, oh, I am off the clock and can't answer any questions. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE IGNORANCE OF THAT REAPONSE! Never again. I'd rather drive to target.

Hate Walmart because of their continued abuse & disregard for their employees. We only Shop there when we're on a roadtrip in an unfamilar area & Walmart has squeezed out all of the other businesses. Hate Walmart!

Its a small Wal-Mart but they get the job done. best customer service I have experienced here on Florida. Ladies at customer service are amazingly friendly and personable. Its a clean store.as far as the comments on people shooting up in bathrooms can't say I have ever seen that.
