Incredible hidden no fuss gem. Cocktails are fantastic, bartenders very friendly, and light bites available including indoor/outdoor seating. No reservations needed. There are many bars in Brooklyn far fussier, rude, or inconsistent that charge high prices. I'm extremely glad to say this is not one of them. On and off menu be kind when they're busy drinks including some really unique ideas I haven't had before. This is my go to watering hole any day of the week I need it. The bottle shop next door is a huge plus and affiliated with the bar. Take home some of the things you tasted. There's something for everyone here which is great for friends of different tastes or afraid of cocktails or avoid high ABV. 2022 Dec Edit: Still a good bar. I had no idea Vine bar existed but I’m so happy to have discovered this quaint and cozy bar after looking for a place to kill time before meeting a friend. As I walked in I was greeted by the bartenders and a very impressive playlists of music. I asked Peter bartender to make me something good with vodka. He did not disappoint. I believe this drink was called the Aqueduct. A different version of the Cosmo, but apricot brandy instead of cranberry. It was delicious! The also had happy hour which is nice on a Sunday.
The drink menu is extensive and delicious, the atmosphere of the bar is perfect for a date or just catching up with the friends. Will be returning! Plus next-door there is a liquor store that serves frozen to-go drinks that this bar is connected to, also a place to stop by if you’re looking to take drinks with you after.
Need to go, we went here by accident, the people who go here are amazing, straight up, and the bartenders Dustin and Alwin are made of platinum, we met the regulars who we spoke to for hours, and if you sit down by the bartenders, we got to talk to everyone around the table no matter who came, the vibe is out of this world, humanity is in the air when you appear here. Unfortunately, we didn't leave a big enough tip when we went as that was all the cash we had not because of the expense, but rather the quantity we drank so if you see this man Dustin with beard, tip him for us more if you can!!!
This place is a hidden gem! I have found this place by accident and we were really happy. It is small but cozy. The bartender is so nice. He can mix a cocktail for you. You will not regret it.
Vine is ALWAYS a good time.. from special events to karaoke nights - everything is done with class and genuine hospitality. Wine, beer, and cocktail list is excellent and reasonably priced and the snacks are super yummy! The staff are super friendly and Colin, who runs the bar, exudes Canadian charm and always wants to make sure you’re having a good time. Highly recommend, it’s one of those places you can imagine yourself becoming a regular at.
Great spot to enjoy your drink. Liked very much the service and bartender made a great Strawberry Mojito just for me. Grateful for that.
Very interesting collection of cocktails and snacks. Definitely worth the visit if in the area and looking for a spot to chill and talk. Staff is very friendly.
Was there for the Oscars and they had some nice freebies like an glass of sparkling wine when you entered and some light snacks. Attentive staff, and cozy space. Nice place to hang out with friends and a nice wine menu light bites
Vine is an absolute gem. The employees and owners are wonderful. The variety of wine and liquor is impeccable. I feel like I always have the opportunity to try new and exciting products on every single visit. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and can give thoughtful recommendations.
