I changed my mind. This Dealership gets ZERO STARS. WORST SERVICE DEPT EVER. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSE TO WORK ON CARS. DON Palmer the Service Manager is a jerk and the Dealership does not stand behind their work. They replaced the engine in my 01 Ram. Motor lasted 2000 miles and had to have another shop put another engine in my truck as T.C. would not stand behind their mechanics work. Read your paperwork. At this place a mans word means nothing. They cost me time, energy and money. Do not have this company touch you car. When a mechanic makes a mistake....your out. Bottom line. Their service dept on the Dodge side is a disgrace. Don Palmer...you should be ashamed of yourself. I can't see how you sleep at night. This company is ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. Once you drive off the lot you are on your own. They have no shame.

Amazing cars, somewhat of a wait for them to return the car when they said it was ready. You don't need to offer to wash the car when you see they're waiting outside. Just do it before they get there after you finish work on it. It will still be appreciated, most likely more. Just let them know you washed it. Don't ask if they want you to. Decent place regardless.

3.5 hour wait for a simple oil change. I was even marked in their system as a "waiter" vs dropping off car. That changed nothing. I was also the only person in waiting area for most that time as well. Wow, what great service. We made the HUGE mistake of buying oil change service package with our car, which only subjected us to the extreme torture of this for several years. Either that, or waking up at butt crack of dawn to go before work & show up right at 7am.. fun.. which cuts the wait time to an hour. The husband & I have shown up here plenty of times where they try or manage to run you off with some excuse, after saying the day prior to show up then. They seem to just say whatever. No different than other dealerships sadly. Which we even tried bouncing around. That's how we landed here. Locally, Tustin is less of the evils. HB, where we bought the car, was THE worst. HB sells dirt cheap, def best deal in So Cal, just keep the deal a steal & headache-free by saying "NO" to add anything on(!!). We regret EVERY addition. They will strong arm you, make it sound great, like your saving money, time, etc.. & you might be tired after 3 hours of wrapping the deal up, going round n round.. But, learn from our mistake, BUY ONLY THE CAR! Thank God our service package is now done.

Cant beat the service and customer care!! Came here for a lift on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. First of all, i shopped around for a few days asking about pricing from countless dealerships and was getting a long range of different prices. Once i called this place they told me they will transfer me to their lift specialist, this was the first dealership to say this. this is when i knew i was going to get my lift done here. Secondly, the pricing was amazing, they beat every dealership in the area. I even drove an hour away for them Once i met the lift specialist, Mo, he knew everything there was to know about lifting the jeep and told me about Jose, their install specialist. When i went the pickup the jeep they both answered any questions i had and even gave me advice about the maintenance. Highly recommend and will be telling all my jeep friends about Mo!!!

Changing my review from 2 star to 1 star... Previously I gave them 2 star because they did deliver the car they promised. But only 2 star since they lied to hard sell add-ons to me during checkout process such as that I cannot buy Factory Extended Warranty once I walk out of their shop. And also mentioning a new LAW that won't allow them to take credit card for down payment if I use Credit Union to finance my car. They lost a star because I send whoever responded them asking to reach out to them via email but they did NOT reply. That was 2 weeks ago. Today, I found out that they didn't check my tire pressure NOR coolant level. Tire says MAX 44 PSI and it was inflated to 43~46PSI... all four of them. Also Coolant is below min range... I know this was done at the factory but dealer didn't check it either which I believe is their responsibility before handing car over to customer... Tell me if I'm wrong?
