If there was an option of zero star I would choose that for the pharmacy. First time I had to wait for over an hour to fill my prescription , I specifically asked for brand and ended up getting generic.Pharmacy tech told me they automatically substitute for generic when they can. They did not pay attention to what I asked for. After that It took them only 15 minutes to get the brand.The story did not end there. when I asked for refill over the phone and came at appointed time, they said the medication is not ready. After few days the pharmacist called me and asked if I did pick up my medication. I answered no, but I am going to do it on that same day. She said OK. When I went there in a couple of hours they said they do not have my medication in stock. And the pharmacist with annoyed tone told me that I "did not hear her "-she was just calling to ask if I did pick up my medication and that the prescription was cancelled. She pretended she did not hear me when I said I am coming to pick it up. Very unpleasant. They need to understand that their job is to make people feel good- not the opposite. And if they can't work up to that universal standard- they fail.

My doctor called over my prescription to this location. They said they did not have it and needed to call to verify. They told me they would call me in at least an hour when it was ready. They called me 5 hours later. Unacceptable.

Your average drug store. Nothing special, but they have all the random stuff you need, some junk you don’t, and reasonable prices.

Worst customer service ever, if your coming in here to buy beer and your with friends. Make sure EVERYONE has their ID's on them!!!
