this walgreens is the absolute worst. i dread going here every month to get my refills. the drive thru is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. they seem to have trouble with my “insurance” every month. i have to sit at the window with them just staring at me for quite a few minutes before i am able to be helped. going inside isn’t much better, if i need something there, there’s an older woman who is very unpleasant to work with. i started driving across town just to use the other walgreens. wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Worst customer service ever.  I have been in 4 times for meds and just had my doc send a new scrip to Walmart.  Won't ever darken their door again.  There is a reason the rating is 2.4 .... It should be lower.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My doc called in a prescription a week ago. Went to pick it up & Walgreens had no record of it. My doc called it in again & I called Walgreens at 2:40 (an hour after my doc called it in a 2nd time) to verify they got it. Automated message said it would be ready after 3pm. Went in at 7pm & the girl tells me they are out of stock but *should* have it ready tomorrow.....I ask if they have my right number & why they didn't call....answer part of my own question, "of course you have my number, that's how I knew my prescription was in & would be ready by 3". The girl gives me a blank stare & grabs a pharmacist (I'm guessing because she was scared I'd be mad & needed deflection), "Are we out of _________?" Pharmacist, clearly flustered, looks at her screen, nods her head & goes back to what she was doing. The girl stares blankly at me again & says, "Yea. We're out of that. Should be here tomorrow, but I can ring up your other items here."

Oh awesome. Cause we all know how quick pharmacy trips in the middle of flu season are *sarcasm* and I really wanted some over priced grocery items & a 2 day trip to get my meds. I'll be transferring my prescriptions to the CVS around the corner immediately. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Pharmacy drive thru is terrible. Literally sat there for quite a few minutes while they just stared at me. I waved and then they decided to help, but weren’t very nice or welcoming. Same thing happens to my SO and her family, but they just drive off and use the other Walgreens acrossed town.  Going inside isn’t pleasant either. There’s always this one older African American lady working who is so unfreindly and rude, and just plain sucks to work with. Forever will be taking my business to CVS.

We took our 96 year old aunt there for a few items. The lady that checked us out named ANNA was so very rude!!!!!!! We will NEVER RETURN to this store!!! The only good thing about our experience was a young lady named Taylor. I was looking for some rubber things for the bottom of her  walker. They were out and she called multiple stores til she found one that had them. However since ANNA was SO RUDE we went to CVS to buy them. So beware if you attempt to use this store. We came from Tulsa OK. just to take her on some errands. Here in Tulsa they always say "Welcome to Walgreens" This was a disaster!! She should be fired on the spot!! I have been in Management for many years and I would have let her go immediately. The sad thing is the Manager didn't  even care!!!
