I went to Walmart at 6am, last week. Most of the workers greeted me. At this time, all the lines were closed and only self-check was available (I didn't know this). But, because I had 300 worth of groceries, that would've been very difficult. The wonderful cashier at the 20 or less register was just opening up, and even though I had lots of items AND coupons, she was patient, and helpful! Kudos to the cashier and Walmart!

Called 5 times before I was able to get someone to help me. Had to let the phone ring 20 times before anyone picked up. When they paged someone, nobody picked up. How can they do business like this?

There isn't a "zero" star option, but this place would rate it. Poor selection of goods. Very, very few check out lanes open during busy times. It almost seems like nobody works there. Plan on at least a half hour visit when buying one or two things. Parking lot is also tight quarters by the front of the store since they don't enforce the "no parking, fire lane" rule, allowing the lazier patrons to block the main arteries in and out of the parking lot. My recommendation is don't shop here if you don't have to. There are plenty of other Walmarts in the area with a better selection. It is the most pathetic Walmart I've ever visited. Please do not patronize this store. For groceries, may I suggest Weis in the shopping center just beyond the Walmart. If buying home goods, order on Amazon. They deliver in 2 hours.

I don't like the new Walmart in Pasadena. There's not enough parking and they don't have enough handicap parking spaces. It is to congested. I had a hard time finding the things that I needed. And I couldn't find anyone to help me. I was just going in for a few things for my 🐈 cat. And I had to walk around the entire store before I found what I was looking for. I only reason I even went to that store was because I was coming from a doctor's appointment and it was closer. But you can bet for now on I will go to the one in Severn at George Claus Blvd. At least in that store I know where everything is located. The only problem I have with any of the Walmart's is there is never enough cashier's on the registers, and the lines are always long.

I mean it's a Walmart. You can find random opened and shoplifted goods, trashed or broken items and aggressive panhandling. At least this location seems better kept than most in the area. If you have to visit then at least this one won't wipe away your hope in humanity.
