I would actually rate this store as a 4.5, maybe 5 stars. Most of the time when I shop here, the shelves are pretty well stocked... @ least with the items I'm shopping for. But today (which is a Friday-not the first Friday of the month) I was there around 12 noon. I was able to get most of the things I came in for (plus a couple of things that weren't on my list, but were good bargains, so I couldn't resist). However, there was one item, specifically, that I was needing. This specific item is pretty much ALWAYS there, @ least it has been every time I've been in the aisle it's in. And of course, today, when I'm there to actually buy this item, it's completely out of stock!! Ugh!! Anyways this store is getting better with having friendly staff and MOST things in stock. Keep up the good work, Walmart!

I can always count on this Walmart to have any and everything that I need with their great prices and friendly customer service and when they have their layaway it's always a plus and very convenient. There has even been times where I was charged double for an item and when I brought it back with my receipt they refund the money never have I had a bad experience with this Walmart and thank you for supplying the wet wipes to wipe off our carts LOL keep up the great work!

I was looking for a specific product but I couldn't find it on any shelf. William was restocking shelves in the juice section. He stopped what he was doing to see if he could help. Since we couldn't locate the product he looked it up online then went into the back and found the one case left in the store. He definitely went above and beyond. Super helpful and super friendly.

Horrible experience tonight! Ended my shopping in the bakery section...had to go to the far end of the building near hair salon to the one and only checkout Lane open. By the way...the exit doors on that end had been locked for the evening which meant that customers had to walk to the other end of store to exit. Really? I was going to use the self checkout but why should I do all the work? I had a full cart. I forgot to mention the regular checkout Lane had six customers lined up. All with full carts. I asked to speak to the manager and an older lady dealing with another self checkout customer was pointed out as the manager. I waited and waited...she reminded me of the meme on FB about parents texting...slow. I finally gave up and left...full cart sitting at the self checkout. Called the store as I left the parking lot. Asked to speak to the manager...the woman who answered kept asking what I needed....that she would help me. I ask if she was the manager and she said no. I then repeated myself asking to speak to the manager. Guess who answered after I was put on hold!? A man took my call. I told him I asked to speak to the manager and a woman was pointed out not a man. He said he was the assistant manager. I knew right then that I had been lied to. I will do without before I go back to Walmart!!!

whoever came up with this lame, slow and ridiculous idea, needs to be flogged. My wife called ahead and bought a bedrail. After we got the email saying it was ready for pickup I headed over to Walmart. it took 5 minutes to get there, and 30 minutes to get my item. I mean really? I could have gone in, picked up my item, bought it, and been home in less time. Biggest waste of my time ever. Never again.
