I just received great customer service from Mary at the Lancome counter. She made sure to warmly greet me, answer my questions, find my products, ensured that I received deals, and made a customized gift. I will be coming back to Belk from now on!

The Women's Store needs another Men's restroom  and Ladies restroom new carpet and new floors.  The Men's Home Store has plenty of restrooms to accommodate everyone. The carpets and dressing room carpets are very dirty and need to be replaced .

The ladies at the fragrance counter were very helpful. I literally was in there for at least 30 minutes trying to pick the perfect fragrance for my friends birthday. I know her tastes were similar to mine, and they were helpful in helping me decide.. i will say that they need to replace their coffee beans more often because u couldnt hardly smell the coffee whichnis y i couldnt smell good. But i ended up going with i

I love belk and shop often, but yesterday in the men's shoe department my husband and I were treated horribly by a lady working. She had already proclaimed that she was upset she had to stay to close that particular day and she was very unprofessional. I simply asked if we got the 15% off for the shoes. She took my head off about how that brand wasn't included. She rushed us and was very rude. I will continue using belk, but I feel it necessary to make this behavior known. What happened to 'the customer is always right?' What happened to kindness? I was fine with not getting the discount but I was not fine with her unprofessional and rude behavior.
