One of our favorite Walmarts in the Kansas city Metro. Clean and well organized. Our parents even camped in the parking lot on there way through town. Nice grassy area for the dogs and lawn chairs.

Poor customer service, felt like I was shopping in an inner city Chicago/ Detroit WalMart. Employees are more concerned about whats happening on their mobile phones & socializing. Not to mention the other employees trying to pick up on customers at the Tire Lube Express check-out register. A wonderfully ghettofied experience...

Didn't want to give it 1star, wouldn't allow me to choose 1/2 or 1/4 STAR. Or even no STARS. This is the most rude and unfriendly Walmart I have ever been too. I have used and loved going to Walmart for the past 20 years but since moving to Missouri and dealing with the employees / Managers at this store I will NEVER go to Walmart again. I have visited this WALMART on several occasions and with each trip I have seen    an employee treat a customer like dirt. For example; I watched two African American employees tell two elderly handicapped women who were also African American to sit and wait until they were finished racing each other around the parking lot in the handicapped karts.  I went in the store to customer service and ask to speak with the manager.  The girl who helped me said that she needs to know why I need him before she will page him. I told her what the two young men were doing outside with the karts, she said that they race everyday and that it's OK because as soon as they are done they will hand over the karts. But, If you want I will try to page the manager anyway, it will take a minute. And, they should be done before you speak with him. I said that doesn't matter, I will wait.  20plus minutes later the manager came to me and asked what I needed?  I told him the story and he said that he was just out there and he didn't see anything. The manager said they probably gave the ladies the karts and all is well.  I said is that it then, he said said there is nothing for him to do since it was already resolved. I asked why he didn't at least speak with the two employees and he said it does no good. 

This is only one of several examples of how bad the Walmart employees are at this store.    This stores employees all the way up to its leadership is horrible. 

Worst Walmart EVER!  Horrible service by employees that have or show little to no respect for the customer. The Corporate Officers need to step in and STOP this mess before it's too late. You should fire the managers and 95% of the employed at this location. You have lost one customer and if it continues there will be MORE!

I've been here bout 10-15x and they're always understaffed w/rude employees that don't know how to sack groceries properly. Overfill a sack and have something with sharp edges poking out the side of 1 bag. Cold stuff with random items. Is it too much to ask for boxes, cans, & cold items to put only w/like items? And when did they become so rediculously anal about price matching? Never been treated so rude so many times in a row by so many different ppl! Circumstances prevent me from going elsewhere but soon as that changes, I will NEVER go here again!
