Worst buy ever! Didn't have the set for a week and the cushions ripped at the seams (the store where I bought it repaired it but still took 2 weeks) the arms have all fallen in. The worse thing about it though is there are staples sticking out of everywhere, reached in to clean inside (under the cushions) and got cut from them! Terrible workmanship.

I have a recliner chair I purchased about a year ago.The material is fraying,coming apart from the wood frame.One of the arms of the chair is falling off.When you fully recline it you have to keep pressure on it to keep it reclined.I am not impressed with it.I will never purchase anything again made by this company.The store I purchased it from has gone out of business,so I guess I’m out of luck.

If I could give zero stars I would. The WORST customer service I have ever seen. They will tell you that they only work with the BIG customer. They could care less about the end user who buys their products. Which is a GREAT way to keep a busy running..NOT. I haven't even had my couch for a year and the threading is ripping apart. They told me that I'm out of luck and there is nothing that they can do. Again, they only care about the businesses who are buying furniture from them, they don't care about the customers who are buying from the businesses.

Been selling their products for 2 years. So far good no issues all frames a built solid. One style I did had fabric issues with it so I dropped it. My customers love it. Since it's built in the USA.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered The stitching is coming apart on the arm of the sofa I bought and was told it was going to be replaced in 6 to 8 weeks it’s been 16 weeks and still nothing and every time ICall all I get is the runaround will never ever purchased another item from this company again
