This store is going to be awesome. When I visited they were remodeling the whole showroom. It will be a very large area filled with all the fun stuff you want for your house.  Pools, hot tubs, pool tables, and more. If you are in the market for some high quality items this is the place.  The staff was very nice and able to answer all my questions.  Can't wait to head back and check out the store when the construction is done.

We went in and purchased an item and it is truly easy to give a great review when all goes well,the products are quality, the pricing fair; but what happens if life rears its ugly head and a miscommunication happens.  I am happy to say that between Melinda in customer service and Gary Smith a store manager that was also handled like a champ. Once explained looked at and reviewed they were able to come to a conclusion that every one could live with. I would certainly recommend there customer service it is the best!

We had an excellent experience shopping for outdoor furniture at Watson’s. We got a great set of furniture and an umbrella for a great price. Lauren helped us out a lot and was able to answer all of our questions. She made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. She even brought our 2 year old some water and Goldfish crackers to keep him happy during our visit. We really appreciated the great service!

Watson's is a full service store for everything for your pool, hot tub, patio, or basement. It's great just walking around the store for ideas. There staff are friendly and their new location is gorgeous. I think their prices may need a bit high, but their selection is first rate. Only complaint is having to go their warehouse to pick up a part. Not a great experience.

Very displeased with my pool purchase so far. My wife and I purchased very early in the season (February time frame) in order to have the pool installed early. However, it is June 3rd and we are still waiting. I have taken vacation multiple times and have had sand delivered and sitting in my driveway like requested for quite a while. It’s becoming extremely frustrating continuing to get the call that we have been delayed once again. 

I understand that we had a late winter, however, they are still only contracting a two person installation crew?? This is very irresponsible of a company as big as Watson’s. During the “pool season” a company like Watson’s should have multiple people working for them in order to offset the big delays. 

I have only received one, obviously mandatory phone call from the Watson’s sales man about a month ago. He asked how we were liking the pool??? I stated that it’s been radio silence. We ended the call and have Have not heard back.
