I enjoy going to this Arby's!! The place always looks clean. The bathrooms are clean. The employees are always smiling and are very friendly. The prices are affordable. You can't go wrong by going there!! 5 stars from me! Btw... the gentleman in this picture is a really hard worker! If you see him say hello! Eat mozzarella sticks... they are so delish!! Kid-friendliness: Kids have a menu here! Parking: Lots of parking around restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance for wheelchairs
This Arby's has the best customer service and the food was fresh. The reason for the 4 stars and not the full five is because they were very short staffed and doing the best they could. Yes, food took a bit to be done but the smiles and friendly greetings made a huge difference. I hope you will be able to get at least one more worker so that the person working the drive thru doesn't have to do the register too when someone has to go on break. But other than that everything tasted amazing and service was great. Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating for my needs as I asked for no bun on my beef and cheddar.
Went twice, and food and service was good. The first visit was funny. I went 30 minutes before closing and they ran out of roast beef and tomatoes. The good thing is that we knew the food must be fresh the next day. Hopefully this is daily and food is always fresh.Food: 4/5
The food was great .nicely packed, and the staff was courteous. The only complaint is that it took too much time to hand my order even though I was the only one there. After a while, another client behind me even left before paying just because it was taking too much time with my order. Still, i recommend it Food: 5/5
Good Atmosphere. I made a pickup order online to save time. Due to the days staffing I just had to wait a few extra minutes. Otherwise staff was great.Food: 4/5
Just got a really nice, great, and polite experience! Guys if you go thru the drive thru or order at the counter and you see the place busy, just remember that they are like only 2 or 3 people working during the night, so good things take time, and from the guy taking our order on the drive thru, I forgot to ask his name, but he wears glasses, he has a great customer service, patience and it seems like a great problem solver, I'm definitely coming back after this great service. Thanks again!
My first visit to a Arby's. It was not good. From signs that advertise sandwiches that are no longer for sale... To coca-cola machine that served watery drinks, to a 30 minute wait, with no update.... Let's just say I requested a refund and left. Went across the road to Popeyes and was served promptly, in under 5 mins I had my order for my family of 4.
We order a rueben comes on rye & a turkey sandwich requested rye got charged for it.. ok, cool.. I got nice fresh rye, my husband's sandwich rueben that comes on rye was served on the heel of the bread. He said it was fine, but I felt bad the whole time.. smh.
WOW I PAID 20$ for TWO MEALS UNBELIEVABLE IF YOU CANT WARM FRIES UP YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT ARBYS. My fries were burnt curly and regular to the point you can’t eat it. Disgusting people don’t have money to just waste anymore. IF YOU CANNOT COOK DONT WORK AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. It took 20 mins for one car I will never ever come back.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!!There always seems to be an issue here. I was told it would be a few minutes at the speaker. Ok, no prob. Its busy in town right now. When someone finally did come on after 10 min. I tried to order roast beef only to be told they were out. Poor management and people skills. They should have let me know as soon as I got to the speaker. I will be making the drive to the Arbys in Celebration from now on. Such a waste of time.
