Omg this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the ginger woman. as a business owner myself I would sack her in a flash. this woman obviously hates her job and the customers she serves. If the franchisees see this review I would take action you are losing money with employees like this do yourself a favour get rid of this ginger woman before she drives all you customers away.
I came this morning at 10 AM because it says the stores open up today at 10 AM and the lady was ignoring me at first then she comes open the door yelling through the parking lot saying that she doesn’t have bread that she can open because she doesn’t have bread that’s unacceptable subway you’re supposed to open exactly when it says your opening time nine window employee feels like opening the store d that does not work like that She told us to get laws that she wasn’t gonna have bread anytime soon and slam the door locked it again very unacceptable you don’t believe us check on the cameras when she came to the door
I stopped eating here years ago but my work keeps giving me $10 gift cards to this place. So I've finally figured out you have to ask them to put the condiments first, even though they do it last by default which is odd, literally every successful sandwich starts with the condiments. But they'll still just squirt globs of mayo on the bread and drop the meat over it. I asked if the girl could spread it when I saw what she was doing. I said "could you spread it" and she replied "well you didn't say that" defensively. I attempted to signal I wasn't being rude by apologizing and said "sorry I don't come here often and I didn't realize I needed to ask for that" she replied "yeah well no one does"... Anyway the rest of the order was carried out with a general discontent for my presence. Also the bread sucks. Between the quality and the service it's really not even worth it when it's free. Next time my work gives me a gift card here I'm going to give it to a bum.
ginger lady that has worked there for years has the worst service ever.i do not recommend she gave attiude for no reason acting as if i wouldnt pop her in the face and kept raising her voice at me
Obviously, After reading reviews the customer service is trash and my experience was obviously trash. The lady there and a man that was working with her saw us come in and go to the end of the short line about 40 minutes before close she stated were out of and named a whole list and the half way through the family of 2 adults and a child said we have 10 footlongs left the couple needed 2 1/2 the family behind them needed 3 and she says the means we will only have 1 footlong left. Now I'm not a rocket scientist but 10-5.5= 4.5 right? She just wanted us to leave because she she basically told us to leave right after. Subway should rethink the employees because the man just stood there and agreed with her.
A white lady I don’t k know if I should say a lady cause she or it didn’t act like human in there. was very rude bad attitude. I was treated worst than an excrete. Customer services at its worst! Subway need to take a look at this store and make sure they hire people that meets the criteria of good customer services skills. 0 Stars
Ordered a chicken "chopped" salad on Uber eats, what I received had no lettuce, one piece of cheese ripped into squares and nothing was chopped. There is a whole piece of cold chicken on top of spinach, and whole pieces of veggies. I tried calling the number but nobody answers, and the number on the receipt if you have an issue has a mailbox that is full. On top of that the receipt was for a different order and customer. Call me old fashioned, but I like my chicken chopped salads to have lettuce and to be chopped.
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT, I came in to order 8 sandwiches for my family and I was disrespectfully greeted and treated with utter disrespect and an attitude. I kept getting judged and snarled at for not calling ahead. And kept being rushed, would not recommend, if I can give -0 stars I would. The women who made me feel uncomfortable was a caucasian female with light blue eyes. And they don’t have proper supplies for sandwiches Another women who was African American came in from off her break came in an provided great service because she saw how we were being treated.
Terrible customer service, the female who closes the restaurant had me waiting outside while she was talking on the phone Reston being the floors were drying, mind you this was at 730pm and refused me service shortly after. This was the worst subway/ restaurant experience I have ever had, and she’s need more training on how to talk to customers.
Been avoiding this place over a year now, simply cuz of the rude “red hair lady” employee working there lol. I simply cannot believe how the company or management allow such a rude person treat customers like that, and with no reason at all!!! Makes me feel shocked how until this day many people still have the same unfortunate experience with her. I mean, read the previous comments with one star and you will see. The first time i went to this location and greeted her cuz she didnt even bother to greet us when we came in she went like: “are ya gonna order or what”… So ill just keep going to the subway at walmart, which is near from this location, and wont get attitude even for breathing. Lol!
