This 5 Star rating is publicly worth mentioning. 

A few weeks ago, I was hacked (after checking my account online) but I caught it in time (or so I thought). Spoke with an agent over the phone and they were able to reverse the charge-no biggie. 
Well, it turns out there were other charges I wasn't aware of and WF placed a fraud hold on my account until I showed up to the bank and prove my identity...at first I was bummed that I had to take time out to do this but later applauding my bank for doing so (that is a great level of security). 
My hats off to WF for making that part of my life (being hacked) less stressful, worthy of 4 stars... and a special star goes out to Domingo (banking agent) who was eager to resolve this issue and patient with me.

Worst location I've been to in any usa state.  Not friendly. Always a weird random issue vs any other branch.  I've visited this branch about 3 times and will not come back because just a deposit seems to be an issue for them to handle without needing more than normal. Was very close of closing my account due to the lack of work ethic and guest service, but remembered, there's better branches with smiling, friendly people.

The moment you walk in your warmly greeted by the tellers. Recently opened a bank account there and today I received a call from the Alanxandra who help me open my account . She callled to ask if I received my bank card, so unexpected, thank you for taking it to a personal level. You Rock :)

Close your accounts and run.  This bank is going downhill fast. Management screams like he has mommy issues. Closed my account becasue he yelled at me over my kids needing the rest room.  We have never been denied access to the restrooms before and were told that we should have went to king soopers to use their restroom this time.  No customer service skills at all.
