Was traveling thru PCB and the bank put a hold on my card for suspicious activity. Stopped in and they took care of it for me! Better safe than sorry Gus was super helpful and even the Branch manager Thao greeted me!

Horrible service. Nick and I made an appointment. Hr did not honor it instead ignored my appointment and tried to sell a mortgage to someone else. I wasted 2 hours with this bank and will never be a customer again. I advise any other people who are looking to bank to go elsewhere. The so called assistant manager doesn't know his head from his behind. Warren Buffett (part owner) is a scammer just like this bank pretending to not know anything and he is part of the problem!

Seriously? They close at 430pm inside during the week! So stupid. Just another added reason to the fact their branches are too far apart in the PC Beach area. I'll be closing the accounts and changing to another bank.
