Sucks , been in line for 30 minutes , 2 tellers , not staffed for the business that flows through. There is 9 people in line 2 ahead of me and been waiting. Drive through is ridiculous as well.

Waited in line 30 minutes to be told they cant deposit my check? Since yall dont want my  money ill be taking it to trustmark. Worst bank ever. Nothing but problems and worst customer service.

I was meet by one of your employee and her name was Annetta Fitzerald, she was so very kind, very polite and very helpful.
Just wanted to let you know that she is an awesome employee of Wells Fargo Bank. Never had a bad person with any of the employees.

Got in line @ 5. Cars went in other lines and got serviced that came in after me.  I waited 15 minutes to be told they couldn't take my deposit.  Every time I go to this bank it takes forever because they only have 1 or 2 tellers with 2 lines open.  I would never bank here for personal banking.  I'm forced to do it for business  but hopefully that will change soon.

This location and bank overall is horrible. Thier customer service is pathetic every time I come in here. Thier business practices are also suspect. I never post reviews which should tell you my level of disgust. I can't believe UF makes me use this poor organization to do banking for my college student. Run!
