It was scary walking into a dealership knowing that I needed a car that day. My car had broken down a few miles away, and I knew it was time. Bryan greeted me kindly, asked what I wanted out of my future vehicle, was knowledgeable on the cars that fit my description, and started to show me options. He stayed in my pay range and didn’t push at all. I found my beauty that day and was able to drive her home! Bryan made the process easy, the service guys were great, the financial counselor was informative and helpful. Everyone was wonderful!! I highly recommend West Metro Buick!!

These people are awesome and General Manager knows what he is doing. Great place, friendly faces at the front desk. She makes you feel like you're at home. She'll bring you coffee and donuts. This place really is a place to shop and buy for a vehicle. These people work hard to make sure you get your money worth. And they have beautiful vehicles this year.

So, I saw a truck on line with a price of "Contact us". I did that and the Sale person Rudy, asked my name and phone number after I gave him the vehicle information.  I gave my name, but I will not give my number until I hear a price. He insisted on getting my number and stated he has to talk to a MGR, then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to as sales MGR Todd, I informed him of the situation and he a bunch of stuff about price really not available to sales people and told me I have to give my phone number before they will give a price out. He was very RUDE, interrupted me several times, raised his voice. Then I hung up. So much for Minnesota nice!

Just one comment on the owners response. He states "Well once again a bad review on a vehicle that has not been inspected and deemed worthy for sale yet, " My only reply would be WHY, would you place this vehicle online with details about it, if it "has not been inspected and deemed worthy for sale yet,"!!!!

My husband and I have been buying vehicles from West Metro for years. I have been working with Samantha for all my vehicle and accessory purchases. She has been knowledgeable and informative in all my purchases we have made.  Regarding my recent purchase she took the time to discuss the different options available in each vehicle I was interested in. After the final decision was made for the vehicle, we moved onto finance. James was another person to listen to my thoughts regarding down payments, interest, and warranties that were available. He was another great person to work with during my recent buying process. And let's not forget about the awesome accessories that I will be getting for my new truck. Thank you West Metro for another excellent experience!

Have bought two vehicles from West Metro and have nothing but positive things to say! All the sales staff are so welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns and they make sure they get you the vehicle and price that you are looking for. Service department team is also just amazing! They always do great work on my vehicles but don’t pressure or do any work on it unless they explain it to me first. It really feels like a family there and I recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to check out West Metro!
