Tommy White is the go to guy for me, I told him things were tight and made the best possible offer I could and he said how about a thousand less? Who does this? The great staff at auto center bargain lot.

Highly not recommended. Stay away. Needed up with many issues after one week of them staying the vehicle was fully serviced with no issues. Trust me, don’t buy from them. Save the trouble.

Response to the owner: Gary Lehman is a dolt who doesn't even respond to his own company's reviews. On the phone, he wouldn't even talk about my situation, let alone give me a minute to express my position. His communication skills are poor, as well as his ability to interact with customers. So, to the marketing team fabricating Gary's responses, I suggest lessening the concerned tones in your replies so as to make up the shocking difference in that in which you write and the unfortunately ignorant and rude owner of this sad car dealership. Never knew car buying was so similar to gambling until I bought from here. I bought the first car I've paid for with my own hard-earned money at this lot 3 months ago. I thought I was getting a good deal, as the salesmen assured me I was. Instead, it turns out they were just tricking a college kid into buying a lemon. My engine died 3,500 miles after driving it off the lot. I had already paid for fixes like brakes and other issues. I did not ever think I would have to pay as much for repairs that I cannot afford as I did for the car in such a short period of time. In retrospect, I would have been better off buying any random car off the street than buying from a seemingly reputable company. It bewilders me how this 'quality' dealership even has these kinds of cars on their lot. Not likely to go back or suggest to anyone else again.

They have some great vehicles...however, they do start the vehicle pricing, at the very, very high-end. So, do your due diligence, and research the vehicle you want, prior to looking at, or buying something! That's sounds advice wherever you go!

This place is the typical old-hat used car dealership that left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. First things first, the sales guy that helped us out wasn't a terrible guy, he was personable enough -- but he was too pushy, used classic car salesman tactics ("why would we put new tires on a car that wasn't in good shape?!"), and didn't overall make us feel like he wanted our business due to our budget. He kept trying to sell us on a more expensive vehicle after we told him many times it wasn't within our budget. We literally had to keep pushing back on him...which to me is ridiculous. We know its your job to sell us a car, but why not try to sell us one we can afford? What made me uncomfortable was the entire process. We heard a weird noise as we drove it around. We figured out what the issue was based on our own smarts and confirmed it in the pile of old service records the previous owner supplied to the dealership. We pointed it out and asked them to lower the price. He used all the old tools old car salesman use ("let me run it by the big guy", using the 4 square sales sheet, etc). He fought us on it even though it was there -- in black and white what was wrong with the car. We were still interested in the car, knowing it needed a fix, but were willing to do the fix since we had a reliable mechanic and ONLY if they knocked down the price. Also important to mention: we were REPEAT customers -- we had bought a truck 2 years prior but that had zero impact on how we were treated. We had experienced a better transaction then (which even back then wasn't the greatest), so were willing to give them a second try because they had the car we were looking for. We were there for 2 hours while their "delightful" finance guy ran our application through financing. By "delightful", I mean rude and grumpy. While we waited, we weren't offered any water or coffee -- something that every other dealership did offer. The place is depressing and uncomfortable. As a woman and person of color... it was extra uncomfortable. The entire staff are older white males, there wasn't one woman or person of color working. And to me, that means a lot when I'm doing big transactions. I couldn't stand to be in the place, so I waited outside. Long story short -- we didn't get financed, which in the end -- was a huge blessing in disguise. The experience didn't feel right from the beginning and I'm so happy we brought our money elsewhere. We ended up buying a car in CASH in the price range we could afford at a dealership that was full of young sales people who weren't pushy, were super friendly, offered us coffee/tea the minute we stepped into the lobby, and their staff was a mix of women/men of all diverse backgrounds. If you like white male-dominated spaces who use gross sales tactics on you -- this place is for you!
