I give three stars because I walked away without a car. I drive a 2007 Rav 4 and my finance company was Security Auto. A month ago my loan was purchased by West Financial and I was not a happy camper. They are so unprofessional in their dealings and rob you blind in interest. If you check my history with Security Auto I was never late I n two years. 

My income is substantial over $50,000 yr; however Cornerstone would not take my trade in or try to work with me to put me in an auto. A couple of days before my daughter, Itasia Smith drove off the lot in a 2017 Nissan with no money down. On the other hand, I make my credit card payments on time as well and my score low because of the balances owed.

Me. Al was more than helpful and I was happy with his service. I am so disappointed with Finance because I was asked for a co-signer with no late payments on my car or credit cards. Well, I am grateful my daughter was helped and tomorrow will be at the dealership that put me in that upside down deal to see if they can put me in an automobile. 

I feel my time was totally wasted today! And time is precious. I waited almost three hours to see Al and home tonight with no car.😣!

This place is awful . They gave me the run around for weeks , gave me false hope on multiple different occasions , made me uber all the way from the twin cities on multiple different occasions just to tell me I needed a cosigner after dinging my credit THREE times causing my credit score to plummet. Unprofessional and lacking empathy to the utmost degree. I would never recommend anyone going there.

My wife bought a car from Monticello Cornerstone. She got a free oil change with that purchase. We decided to get a oil change closer to home at Cornerstone Plymouth. Big mistake. We waited for over an hour and a half. I wanted to save a buck but this experience reminded me why I do all of our own maintenance.

This is the best place to buy a car, everyone here treated me so good I was so comfortable with them, no pressure and they really work with you, I recommend Cornerstone for everyone, and will buy my next car through them they have a customer for life with me THANK YOU JACK!!! You the best

This is the best dealership I have ever been in my life. This was life changing for me. Working with Tom Johnson and him working very hard and got me in a 2016 Nissan Altima with zero down! Cornerstone is family to me and my kids and if u need a vehicle with hard working trustworthy people go to Cornerstone auto and ask for Tom Johnson !!
