Established in 1975, Bedrock Motors is the Upper Midwest's Largest automobile wholesaler. In the 35 years since we opened our doors, we have developed a top-notch reputation for servicing and supplying automobile dealers across the region. I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and ended up purchasing a 2003 Toyota 4runner. Jon from sales was friendly and very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the vehicle. It was very low pressure purchasing experience.  Which was a first for me in buying a used car. I was able to take my time to make an informed decision on what vehicle i felt comfortable buying. I came back and purchased the vehicle early Dec. Once i took it home noticed a couple minor issues with the vehicle that i didn't catch before the purchase. Jon was very willing to work with me on the issues and get them fixed with out a hassle. I'm very satisfied with the service I got and would gladly come back and buy another vehicle from Bedrock.

I came into Bedrock Motors after seeing their inventory online, and reaching out over email. Steve contacted me almost first thing the next morning, and had the vehicle pulled up front and ready for me by the time I arrived at the dealership.

I was impressed by the work Bedrock had put into the vehicle prior to listing it for sale, and Steve did a fantastic job making the buying experience fun and comfortable. I did experience an unforeseen mechanical issue within the first couple of days after purchasing, but again, Steve worked with me to settle the issue, and thereby provided stellar customer service, something you rarely see anymore.

I have to say the customer service was good. Unfortunately I have to give two stars due to the car not being checked over due to it being sold as a trade in. I was told that the car was in GREAT condition. I drove it and it seemed good, just filthy. I purchased the car about a month ago from Bedrock Auto and in the shop once again.. I've had to get new tires and now sway bar link and alignment. It also needs struts, shocks and all new belts so by the time it's safe to drive completely I'll be $1,700 in just in repairs. I haven't even made my first payment yet. This has been a huge HEADACHE AND VERY STRESSFULespecially when your in a very, very tight budget.

We take all our vehicles here for service. They are the best price around, and have great customer service. Joe and Steve in the Sales department are the best around!
