White Horse Auto Wash is the City's premier car wash and auto detailing center. We provide exterior car washes for those in a hurry or allow us to take a few minutes to thoroughly vacuum, clean windows, wipe plastic down, and more. Full interior and exterior detailing are available, and we have a waiting area equipped with complimentary wi-fi. So i have been here over ten times.  Seems that the soap on passenger side never works.  Tell employees they don't care. Today i come in and the girl tells me she needs to measure me.  So I'm like fine Inge been here eight times.  She then proceeds to tell me i have only been here twice.  Which i corrected her and told her no i just got new tags.  Nice calling customers liars.  Will no longer be coming here.

So, I arrived right at closing time and they still washed my car, which was super nice. However.... as we were nearing the end of our very basic wash, an employee who was going to wipe down my car with rags was picking his nose. Now, when I say picking his nose, I mean he was DIGGING up in there like he was mining for gold. He just kept going and going.... Finally, he stopped & wiped his hand on his pants, then wiped his nose with a rag he was holding, which he proceeded to use to wipe down my car. Yes, my brand new car, freshly washed, was wiped down with a snot rag. Unfortunately, my car was still being washed when I was seeing this, so couldn’t roll down my window. Thought about going in and complaining to management, but wondered if they would even believe me (plus, they were closing). I’ll go to another car wash later this week and just pray for rain in the meantime.

I came in needing my car detailed and they didn’t think they could fit me in on a busy day. However the manager asked around and they were willing and let me tell you amazing job everything in my car dog hair spots and kid scraps all cleaned. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll use them again and again. Thank you guys!

Update 12-11-17: I go every few months for the interior detailing package and have never been disappointed with the level of service given by the employees at WHAW. The waiting area was very festive and the on-site manager offered me a cup of coffee. The detailing was finished within 2 hrs and my car looked and smelled great (as always). The free WiFi is appreciated. Heaps of thanks to the hard-working and pleasant folk at WHAW.
