AMAZING customer service + delicious food. Best part we went in expecting just to get chips. We walked out with this corn concoction of deliciousness. Customer service was superb. You really feel the community vibe here.
Order a salad bowl and they can't even give a decent portion of lettuce?Food: 2/5
The tables are close to where everyone stands in line to order so it feels like people are watching you eat cuz they are so close to you when waiting in line. Also they give tiny scooped portions of each item to where you have to keep asking for more. Last 2 times I have been there the rice was really dry and under cooked.Food: 5/5
Staff members are very friendly and fast.. they also serve a great amount of food on your plate. Will definitely come back on this location again.Food: 5/5
The Atmosphere is chill. If you ever call the restaurant for any reason, they will never answer. If you order through the app, you are looking at an additional $10-$20 extra than ordering through a 3rd party app, like doordash etc. When you order delivery, they tend to give less portions then as if you go directly there in person. Try not to eat to much of the meat as it might make you use the restroom alot. Yes...TMI but true. There chips and guacamole are really good.
This place just looks very dirty and everything felt sticky. I don't see anyone keeping things clean here. Everytime i get a burrito they overstuff it and dont roll it properly so everything falls out as the burrito falls apart each time.Food: 4/5
There's always a line here, but that day, it wasn't very long. Service was decent and food was good, but it seemed like there were not as many options for fillings as there used to be. Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian meat available, but no vegan cheese. Parking: Chipotle is in the Target shopping center and there's lots of free parking in their lot.
The place was very clean, and there wasn't a line at lunch time. The food tasted about the same as their other places. Another positive is they have great WINDOWS and are on the corner. You can park next to the restaurant and keep an eye on your car. Although the parking near the restaurant is not in the Security Camera Zone, I think it's better to keep an eye on your car or truck. --Especially if you have a work truck with a lot of tools and stuff. The cameras in the security zone of the parking lot don't really do anything, I have seen a lot f shady characters begging and checking out cars there. This is the new California and Cypress isn't what it used to be; we all have to deal with this. Unlike other Chipotles employees are restricted from filling up your boals you can only have so much rice and you get exactly on scoop of meat, so sometime the bowl is not totally full.
I order to pick up my food at 8:10pm they make me wait for other 40 minutes till I ask for My food the check for my food order. They said is to busy but they don't communicate to the customer anything not only my self. We have more customers complaining.
Slow and order wasn't ready. Workers too busy chatting with each other while several people were waiting. And barely any chicken was in my burrito. Felt like I was just eating a rice burrito and got a small bit of chicken at the end.
