Bad food experience with the noddles there where hard dry to chew and taste old i when around 10am

We ordered a very large order for our workplace before Christmas. Alan made sure we had everything and all the food was well prepared. Thank you and happy holidays

Came here with my family and they locked both restrooms because they don't want people using it after it's been cleaned. Waited for over 30 mins. Nothing was wrong with the restroom and no signs were put up. After asking they still refused to open the restrooms.

Do not go here 30 minutes before closing. They will not make anymore chow mein, veggies, or anything other entree even if there are 5 customers behind you.  Horrible customer service. I asked for another batch of chow mein and their response was "we don't like to waste food." I should have asked the customers behind me if they wanted some too,v but I just wanted to get out of there.

The manager should get props. He was very nice,  leading by example,  and very professional.  You have a great asset there hope he is appreciated

The person that made my food didn't tell me that a certain item had an extra charge before she gave it to me so when I got to the register I was kind of upset

I want to like this place. Food was marginal at best. Rice and chowmein sides should fill the plate to surplus, but I felt like too much bare plate was still showing when served. Their exotic iced tea was tasteless.

Definitely good food!! The prices are going up and the plates getting smaller!! But I definitely recommend it.

Service here at this Costco-adjacent Panda Express has improved dramatically since the height of the pandemic.  There are no more staggered lines out the door to get in, and the few people inside ordering move quickly.  In other words, it's back to normal. Their new premium item, Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp, is delicious, with savory steak pieces that taste right off the grill, and the shrimp are quite big.  The chow mein noodles side is still the Americanized comfort food we have grown to crave, no matter how many times we try to stick to a low carb diet.
