The girl working drive through was very sweet, but the young guy working with her needs to be retrained on how to talk with customers. Very rude and snappy, and literally slammed the window in my face. he wasn't wearing a name tag that I could see, but the receipt says Oscar so I'm assuming he's the gentleman with the attitude problem
It's normally okay with decent service and the portions do tend to be small compared to other Taco Bells. I still like coming here though. The problem is that last Sunday I dropped by here and no one answered the drive thru. I hate being that customer that goes "Hello?" at the speaker but after saying "Hello?" like 3 times I drove to the one at Wardlow and Norwalk to get food. I don't know if they were understaffed or not but I saw no one by the window so who knows.
Go here everyday today the person that took my order which was Joanna told me to use the kiosk because the drive-thru was busy I told her I can wait but I wasn't using the kiosk because my order is complicated a bit when she got ready to take my order she was real snarky and snappy after already sent patiently waiting for them to get caught up with the drive-thru Bs
Went through the drive thru, service was fast. The bean and cheese burritos seem smaller at this location. I know weird thing to notice but it just seems like they areFood: 3/5
Ozzy and his demeanor and customer service skills shifted my mode back to a pleasant start of the day after a kind of a long drive from Riverside, not to mention the grande scrambler and coffee that set just right in my tummy and so yummy!
Extreme long wait time for the drive thru. I waited 25 mins during lunch time. Ended up being late to work because I didn’t anticipate it since this was never an issue. Great food, made right every time but will most likely come by before 12 or after 2pm

Like the Nacho fries Wish it wasn't a hit and miss when they will have them. Here today, gone tomorrow. Just leave them on the menu please
