First time visit. Very impressive with staff and store. Greeted properly and professionally upon entrance. Took two watches and bracelet in for link removal and battery replacement for another and also purchased a watch. Lauren was very attentive to my needs request and also did an outstanding job on  fulfilling request. Watch and bracelet fit to perfection. Definitely will recommend to others and will now be my go to for my watch and jewelry needs. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. A job well done at Wiley's and another satisfied customer.

I’ve always had a good experience whenever going in or contacting my phone.  The staff is friendly and makes shopping there a pleasure.  The owner is knowledgeable with find jewelry and other items.  I would highly recommend them for their excellent service.

I lost my wedding band that I had for 21 years.   Tricia, our wonderful helper, asked me to describe the ring that I would like.  On her first recommendation, she showed us a ring that was "just me".  The ring was perfect for me, and I am so very happy.  Thank you Tricia!

I had a custom ring made and didn't really know what I wanted. I had a lot of ideas but no idea how to put them all together. Tricia worked with me and made 4 different designs. She did an amazing job and I had a hard time picking one out of the four. Tricia was great to work with. Highly recommend.

All the sales people are so knowledgeable and helpful at Wileys. They have have always had prompt service.  I always bring my jewelry business there.
