I had a wonderful experience shopping at Wolf Furniture and received excellent service from Dan Prince. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dan kept me informed all along the process as to when my furniture would be ready for delivery. The young men who delivered the furniture were very efficient and made sure everything was placed right where  I wanted it. I won't hesitate to purchase from Wolf Furniture in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our Sales Associate.  She knew the inventory and was patient with us and our 5-year old granddaughter.  She was considerate with giving us time to talk things over between ourselves and had a pleasant attitude during both of our visits.  We will definitely seek her out upon any return visits.

I have been dealing with Wolfs since they came to York.    Years passed they were all about the customer.   We purchased something a month ago and got attitude.   They finally did make it right.   My sister called today about something she had purchased a while back.    I do not know who she spoke to.   Evidently customer service is no longer important there by the way she was spoken to.   I believe Wolfs better watch their employees.   They are not the only furniture store around.   Without customers you don't have a business.   You just lost two!

Great place, had no problems finding a nice couch. Store is huge so selection is vast. Also it's got a area where you can sign your small children in to play and snack so you can shop without having to worry about them running all over the store and preventing you from seeing their inventory. Salespeople are friendly and professional and can help you find what you need.

Worst furniture shopping experience of my life.  Not even sure where to begin.  When you walk in the store you’ll quickly notice entire groups of employees standing (or sitting) around, doing absolutely nothing.  No one asks if you need help.  Delivery is terrible.  They contract out their delivery service which basically means the guys who deliver it don’t care and they WILL: 1) damage your stuff, 2) damage your house, 3) rush you to sign the delivery verification form before you can inspect for damage.  Ordered a coffee table in November and was told it would arrive at the end of December.  They called me in January and said it wouldn’t be here till the end of January.  They called me again in February and asked if I was “ever going to come pick it up”, only to call me back and say it still wasn’t there.  I cancelled the entire order at the end of February.  Absolutely ridiculous.  Shop somewhere else, that’s what I’ll be doing.
