After spending months looking for that perfect table and chairs set I walked into Woodley's Furniture store in Centennial, CO and found it!! Very good service while in the store from Kelly James (more on that later). She provided me with excellent information as I browsed the store without ever being overbearing. The store is well laid out and designed with a good range of quality furniture; it's very inviting. I did not purchase on my first visit but called into the store for Kelly a few days later to confirm my purchase decision. She was not in that day but the store indicated I could call her cell, which I did but my out-of-town cell phone number led Kelly to ignore the call and my lengthy voice mail (a sales person ignores calls and voice mails?). I stopped into the store a day later, asked for Kelly and purchased my table set with her. She was very professional, personable and efficient during my in-store purchase. I was quoted a 6-8 week delivery time, understandable with higher quality furniture. Kelly informed me she would call me within a few days to confirm expected delivery date, which never happened. However, about 10 days later Shane/Woodley's called and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a delivery date a few days hence. The Woodley's delivery team of J, B, S (don't have their full names) was incredibly efficient, professional and at the same time, super friendly throughout the entire time. They were so very careful upon entering my home to ensure a trouble free assembly of my beautiful USA-made, all wood, exquisite table and chairs. I hope this delivery team is well-compensated in their jobs because they are an incredible, customer-focused representation of Woodley's. I just found it odd that the salesperson Kelly didn't take the opportunity to reach-out in a 5 minute phone call to say... "gosh, I'm so happy you're receiving your furniture earlier than expected", or "I understand your furniture arrived yesterday; are you happy with it?". I can only assume Woodley's internal systems provide on-going order/delivery status back to the original sales person so wouldn't that follow-up phone call be a great way to reinforce Woodley's customer-focus culture and perhaps, lead the sales person to further sales? But, I am very happy with the overall experience and with my new furniture, so thank you Woodley's!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of selection with tons of items that are customizable. Most items are very expensive but the quality is certainly there. Got some good ideas and will be coming back for a few items. A+

Our entire experience, from walking through the store (which was a very low-pressue sales experience, which made my wife and I feel super comfortable) to the delivery. Everyone we came into contact with was very respectful and helpful! The quality of the furniture is top notch as well! We would highly recommend Woodley's for all your furniture needs!

Not only do they have quality furniture, prices are good. Even more important, Woodley's stands behind their product and supports their customers. We couldn't be more pleased.

My bedroom set had missing parts. They were aware of the missing parts when they scheduled the delivery. I had to ask about the missing parts and was told they were express ordered on December 22nd but still haven't heard a word from Woodley's. Its January 4th and a shame that someone couldn't do a follow up call to keep me informed as to what's going on.
