I really don't like leaving bad reviews, in fact I think this is the first one for me. This place was just dirty, smelled bad, and they didn't seem to clean it. I stayed over 4 weeks and they only visited my room one time. I was able to bring my towels and sheets to the front desk myself and exchange them. And the only amenity that I seen was the kitchen in the room, although there's no utensils no pans pots silverware or any bare necessities to cook or prepare food. Although there's a sign that says you can ask them at the front desk when I asked they scoffed and sent me on my way empty-handed. I suppose if you only need a place to crash and nothing else then this place will do.

Im from Kentucky, stayed here about a month while working a job in Plant City, mine nor my bosses rooms were cleaned the whole time we were there and when we checked in we were told that every two days they would be cleaned.. They always had an excuse for not cleaning them, ended up cleaning them ourselves... Nice rooms but business very poorly ran... Won't stay there again for sure, they sucked..!!!!!!

The rooms are never cleaned. We are having to clean the floors and bathroom ourselves. We have to share a room with a roommate per our company. Then only one person can get on internet at a time. If both people want to get online you have to pay.

Reading the good reviews, we decided to stay here for a 10 day stay in Lakeland. Booked non smoking room, but received smoking room due to "first come first serve" (nothing to state that during booking). It smelled so bad we had to open the windows all day and spray. I requested for a non smoke room asap. They said they would get back that day. Heard nothing for the entire stay.... Not even an apology... really??? After continual airing, it was tolerable. Bad experience. Not satisfied.

I'm staying here for a week (halfway into it at this time). Very bare bones accommodation. Even the desk chair is hard plastic, so you can't sit on it for long. No bedside lamp. The room telephone is dead. Every day for the last three days, I duly report the non functioning telephone, a member of the staff duly records it, and then... nothing happens. The phone is still dead. The toilet flush doesn't work properly. Same history of notifications as the telephone, and same result - no action. The staff I've met so far are nice people. But, in some impersonal and mysterious way, the management of this place is completely dysfunctional.
