I have stayed at my fair share of hotels, and I have to say that the the staff at this Comfort Inn, is by far the BEST I have ever experienced.  The genuinely appreciate you and take good care of you.  You may have your choice of hotels in the Lakeland area, but do yourself a favor and just stay here.  The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, the pool is wonderful and clean.  The breakfast is delicious,with a nice variety.  This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and each time it has been the same.  Thank you staff for making such a wonderful "Home,away from home".

We stood here during the week of hurricane Irma while we lost power at home in Lake Wales this hotel in lakeland did not. They had wonderful service and accommodations. Definitley worth the money spent and made the moment a lot less stressful for us. The Only complaint was the parking... A lot of the families staying had more than 1 vehicle and the hotel only has 1 parking spot per room... We had to park in the mall a few nights. I still give a 5*

My daughter and I were put in a very small room right outside the elevator. Very noisy. Breakfast was very good.

We evacuated our home and stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites for 4 nights during hurricane Irma.  Everyone working there was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable.  The lobby and breakfast area are very nice and very clean. The breakfast was good and included a variety of hot and cold food. Melinda Bullock at the front desk became our "new best friend". We are very thankful to everyone there and would definitely go back.

Low quality for price. Bathtub old and stained. Dated furniture and bed. AC noisy. Mediocre breakfast coffee is weak and juice was tasting funny
