Since this place is owned by Windham now. It is much better. Very clean, friendly staff and free breakfast. They have a small but nice and clean pool, free breakfast with multiple choices and my favorite a large Jacuzzi tub. Housekeeping is great. This place exceeded my expectations for the price.

After coming from a disgusting hotel in Winter Haven where we had intended to stay, this place is impeccable! It's clean, the rooms are a decent size, although with full sized beds in a double room instead of Queen like we usually have. Each room has a microwave and refrigerator, which are musts for us, along with a coffee pot, hair dryer and iron with board. There is also a smallish pool, free WiFi, and free breakfast. There is a 7 Eleven next door and a Wendy's next to that. Pizza delivery is also available. We're two nights into a six night stay, and so far we're satisfied!

The bed was comfortable and they had quite a few options for breakfast in the morning but I found trash on the carpet that housekeeping missed when they vacuumed, a dirty washcloth on top of the shower rod that they missed, another, supposedly clean washcloth had a hair on it, and I found a total of two more hairs: one on the toilet that had the sanitized band on it marking it as clean and one in the shower. Obviously housekeeping needs to slow down a bit when cleaning these rooms.

This is a great place to stay. Very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms is very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Has a nice, clean, well taken care of pool.

The staff was very helpful and professional.Our room was OK.The carpet felt damp all the time. The room just looked dingy, old and in need of renovation. From the outside looking in ,the whole building is in need of a face lift. The food, service and Staff was wonderful!!Thank you.
