We had reserved 3 rooms for a 2 night stay.  The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.  Our rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable.  The pool was refreshing however, it's location is lacking as it's on the highway side and you can hardly talk to one another.  The breakfast was typical of most hotels, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, juices, coffees, yogurt and hard boiled eggs.  We would stay there again.

The price of the hotel & included breakfast was a nice deal. However, the bathroom in our room had a mold problem. The shower curtain did not fit the shower, so the water just poured onto the floor. Additionally there was such an acidic smell near the toilet and you could see the rust on the pipes.  This hotel is 100% pet friendly (I love pets) but these pet rooms are not contained to one floor like most hotels. If you want a room that has been pet free, you must request it at booking. For someone with bad allergies to both mold & cats, this was a terrible fit. Until this hotel is updated, I would not recommend it.

Noise from interstate. Elevator was broken for 3 days I was there. Breakfast is okay, if you like waffles, cereal and juice.

I don't like the bathroom set up. My key cards never worked.  Had to keep getting them reset. No shower caps no mouth wash.  The coffee & breakfast was horriable. Don't like the way you lock the door.  This hotel needs to be updated.  It is outdated.  The staff did appear professional and friendly.  Definitely will NOT pick this hotel again.  Will stay at the Hampton in

Staff and housekeeping is very friendly. Ann of housekeeping does an exceptional job and goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. I've paid more for other hotels I did not receive such a high level of quality and attentiveness as I have from the housekeeping and staff here. The place does need a little updating however. I also would like to offer a suggestion for the hotel to invest in better pest control for the outside of the hotel to lessen the amount of ants and mosquitoes outside as well as make the outside smoking areas a little more accommodating by adding shade and seating. The laundry room washers and dryers could also use an update. The major downside of this location is that there is only one elevator for the whole building so waiting for the elevator to arrive can be frustrating for those on the upper floors. Breakfast is served here and consists of self serve waffles, bread and toast, Bagels, muffins, cereal and milk oatmeal, grits, hard boiled eggs, apples and oranges, yogurt, butter cream cheese and jelly, salt pepper sugar and sugar substitutes, orange juice, water, Coffee and hot tea. The offering for breakfast is the same everyday, however, so it would be nice to switch breakfast up every now and then, especially for those who are here for business purposes for stays of a week or longer.
