Everyone in the service department has been very nice and helpful. I was greeted cheerfully by Matt who was already expecting me, he explained what they were going to do that day and that they would work as quickly as they could to get me and my daughter back to our Saturday. He was also very nice to offer any assistance getting us inside to the waiting area to wait comfortably while they worked. Jeff was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable while explaining what they found during their service and got me on my way. While  I was getting loaded in the car Matt immediately offered his assistance again and wished me well. I was able to witness them treating other customers with the same respect and friendliness. I am so impressed by the level of customer service offered at this dealership. It is by far superior to any others we have visited in the area.

Just purchased a new car from this dealership. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I worked with Steve and would recommend anyone else to look here for amazing service. Everyone here seems more interested in getting the right vehicle for the customer than pushing a sale down your throat. They'll present you with all the options available and let you come to your own conclusion.

All in all, a great experience.

I had my oil changed at Lou Fusz Subaru and was treated quickly, honestly meaning that they did exactly as they said they would do and charged exactly what they said they would charge.  I even had several other minor details for them to take care of.  They kept me up to date on the progress so that I would know they hadn't forgotten about me.  I also got to wait in a beautiful lounge and eat fresh fruit and cookies and drink hot fresh coffee.  For getting oil changed, it was a most pleasant experience.

I chose this place over other dealerships for a couple reasons.  1. They promptly (same day) contacted me after reaching out to them through their website.  I got a video "hello" about a car I was interested in and met with them a couple days after. 2.  The sales guy, Richard LaMora was pleasant and without the any salesman speech, which I greatly appreciated.  He worked with me in finding the right car with all my must have features.  He kept in touch with me until the very end of the transaction.  3.  Their financial people worked with me in getting an awesome rate!  Overall, the best car buying experience I've ever had! Thank You

Outstanding customer service.  Very low key, no pushy sales tactics.  We were first time Subaru buyers so I was expecting the normal car dealer experience.  You can feel the Subaru 'family' atmosphere when you walk in.  We visited 3 times before buying one.  The first time it was a late night and raining.  Juan met us at the door and, after hearing what we were looking for, took the time to take us to a couple cars knowing we were just window shopping. Juan worked with us over the next couple weeks via email.  He took the extra time to make sure he understood what we were looking for.  We never felt pressured to buy anything.  We never had the "what did we just do?" question after we left with our new car.  If you are looking for a Subaru, you need to stop by this place.  Juan or any one of the other sales persons will treat you right.
