My husband I and were looking to upgrade him to a truck as an early Father's Day gift.  We did a lot of searching online and ended up getting in contact with Eric Trigg over at Suntrup GMC.  That guy is absolutely awesome!  First of all, when I called him he was ready to leave, he was off for the day, but he stayed and waited for us to get there.  When we got there the truck was pulled up front and he had keys in hand so we could take it out for a test drive right away.  At this point it was already 7pm so it was getting late.  We absolutely fell in love with the truck but knew it was late and would probably take forever to get through financing, etc!  They let us take it home that night and they worked with our busy schedules to do an online credit app so when we came in to sign papers it was painless.   One of my favorite things was how they lay out their financing information.  They made it extremely simple to look at the interest rates, taxes, coverage's (warranties, tire/wheel, gap, etc) and how it would change our payments.   I absolutely love the way they do business, from start to finish, they valued our time!  Great to work with, not pushy or intimidating and Eric himself is quite a delight.  ;)

What a horrible horrible experience this was I spent few weeks searching for car finally run into these guys 1500 miles from me so I talked why not maybe I'll get a good deal so I got lured in by the good price but little did I know that the whole trick with these guys is they give you for your trade in at least $2,000 less than any other dealership for example some dealerships were given me 39 in half some 39 the lowest I got was 38 on my car these guys said my car was 36 not a penny more so I think you get the picture you might go there because you see a low price but then they will screw you when it comes to trade in value on yours I checked Kelley Blue Book instant cash offer was almost 38 and I had dealerships calling me wanting to buy it at that price problem is in Connecticut if you do not sell your car to the dealer you are buying a new car from you lose your tax credit so I had to trade it in but beware there are better and more honest dealers out there.the gm who I tried to reach 5 times was always busy and never called back ever. Sales menager  had no answers .and they would put me in contact with the owner .

Very happy dealing with the Suntrup  team.  Ask for Wayne Burns, he was very good, well informed and very friendly all through our purchase experience.  And the car, a Buick Encore, so far very nice and just what we were looking for.  And the actual deal, well it was better than we could find anywhere else for the same type of car offering the same features.

Took the time to basically spend all day with us as we made a decision and never once felt pressured.  Catered to our every need even when we had the kids with us.  In the end we got the best deal and an awesome vehicle.
