I went to this dealership with a specific car in my mind for my daughter. Ray Walker treated me with tremendous respect and made the process easy. No pressure, no haggling, I got the car that I wanted and at a very good price. Ray Walker and this dealership prove that you don't need a fancy showroom, a flashy waiting room or anything other fluff to be an excellent place to do business. You simply treat the customer right and the rest takes care of itself. And, they do this here at Lou Fusz Mitsubishi with flawless execution.

Fantastic customer service! My salesperson, Billy, was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked onto the lot, but he answered every question and put no pressure on me. Great job!

Listen: this is a dealership that will go to work for you, not to simply appear to be helpful with water bottles and such, and exceed your expectations in short order. After running through the gamut of dealership experiences, even some with which I have had personal connections, none were able to touch the rate, amount and timeliness of my loan experience at Lou Fusz Mitsubishi. In fact, Sam closed my paperwork in under 7 MINUTES! Seriously, I was timing her. Additionally, Ray's customer service went beyond the competition across and down the road by extending personal touches, such as personally washing my car, taking care of my oil change and inviting me to contact him if everything was not perfect or if I had any questions, anytime after the deal was complete. My advice to you is this; save your time and stress level by shopping for a loan and car from these guys first: your experience will be so much more enjoyable if you do...trust me. I wish that I had...I could have saved myself almost 3 days of vigorous searching between work and family time only to find the best deal and service is at Lou Fusz Mitsubishi in St. Peters, MO. My family and I are extremely grateful!

I will never buy from this dealership again- not only did we agree on one price of my vehicle they actually sold it the loaner for 3,000 more. When I was trying to get the vehicle license at the DMV they had yet another price on that form so they has to call and verify. They said they were going to over night me everything so I could get my taxes paid asap- I had to call and 1 week before I would be over due and they said "oh well its going out today." As much as I love the car that I have now- It came with a VERY VERY EXPENSIVE price tag. Make sure you read EVERYTHING or they will snake you!

I don't like leaving things like this but I had an extremely frustrating situation on the phone with Lou fusz Mitsubishi. I could understand the customer service I received if it was someone just needing service and didn't spend $34,000 on a brand new vehicle within the last 6 months. But seriously? Long story short I needed a tire to be replaced. The operator transferred me to services, which went straight to voicemail. I call back, a different person sent me over to services again and they answered. They were seeing if I had a warranty but couldn't look at it so they transferred me to a different office which went to voicemail. I called back to a third person, male and extremely rude. He immediately put me on hold when I told him I needed to talk to someone about my warranty. When he gets back on the line he tells me no I don't have it. I asked how much would a replacement tire be. He didn't say anything just transferred me to the service department for the third time. She says I have to talk to the parts department. I told her I have been transferred many times, she said sorry and transferred me anyway. Wouldn't you know it went straight to voicemail again. I could understand if it was a weekend or late at night, but it wasn't. It was a Monday at 11 am. And we are talking about a building that you could walk to every office and not even walk half of a mile. The lack of professionalism was astounding that I decided even if I did have a warranty, I did not want to trust my vehicle with this level of professionalism.
