It was just OK.  I was supposed to meet with a specific person then I found out that person was on vacation after I had arrived.  I was stressed from being I'm a car accident and trying to find a new car.  The staff was very friendly but nothing felt right and it was a bit overwhelming.

I bought my car there... get my oil changed (very affordable) and when I sell the car, I'll start there. (they'll know the oil was changed) :D

Manager was rude. His name is Clayton Williams. I told him his customer service isn't that great compared to Bommarito because of his lack of energy and attitude he gave me. It didn't seem like he wanted to help me. He got angry and argued with me that i had to wait for him only five minutes not twenty. He said he was going to roll the tape back and count how long I was standing there. He wouldn't let me talk and tell him why exactly his costumer service is bad.  See whats wrong there. He is a SALES MANAGER. Act like one. It doesn't matter if i stand there 5 min or 20. Your job is to apologize no matter. I would never hire this kind of person in my business. They don't treat their employees right either. I have a friend who left the place because of their unethical behaviors. I emailed this to the GM but I'm sure he didn't do anything about this either.

Attended a nice car clinic. Enjoyed it and learned new things about my car, features and so forth; as well as the benefits of being a new car owner.

Awesome, easy experience. Dealt with us buying a new car with two young kids in hand - some dealerships will act annoyed, Ryan and team went out of their way to provided a good time for even our kids. A+ experience all the way around
