Went here to browse the used car inventory. I was pretty impressed with the selection of vehicles this dealership has to offer. Our sales associate who helped us through the process was great. He was extremely friendly and overall was very fun to be around for our time at the dealership. This dealership deserves five stars for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and selection. However, when it comes to the actual vehicles, this is where I was under impressed, and hence deduct two stars. I was mainly interested in two vehicles, a sedan and a SUV. We inspected and drove the SUV first and was extremely underwhelmed with the 'reconditioning' process the vehicle went through. Several significant scratches, dings, and foggy headlights. The entire right side of the car appeared as if someone threw a milkshake down the side of the car. The interior was much worse. While vacuumed and the dash pieces 'dressed' the rest of the car smelled like a wet dog. We didn't even bother with the sedan thereafter. I understand this is a USED car. But when the car is offered at a premium retail price, I expected better. Should I ever be in the market for a new vehicle, I would return to this dealership, but for the used stuff, no thanks.

My overall experience was great. Mike immediately greeted me and my girlfriend and made us feel comfortable. We test drove the car and it was great. After 10 minutes of negotiating the price, he did great job of meeting our price range. He is a really down to earth guy who doesn't pressure you into  purchasing a car. However my credit wasn't as good as expected and I didn't want to purchase a 2012 Camaro with a 20 percent interest rate. The finance guy didn't try to find a lower rate he was basically a take it or leave it guy.

Had towed my Cadillac there to get the theft deterrent system reset and radio fixed. 1,200 dollars later I'm towing it back home and the radio wasn't touched. just a negative experience all around. :(

Nice volume of cars with variety. My experience with the service department would be zero starts though. They were so rude. The man seemed bothered that I was trying to get service and told me they were closing soon. Basically he shewed me away like a human does a fly. 

The reason I give three stars is because of the nice service I got from a senior sales manager, he was not pushy and wanted to help and respected what I said. 

There were too many sales men just standing outside ready to pounce on you so that is a big red alert. Be prepared to push back if you see this when you drive in on the lot. I know I hate that and most people do. People like to look in peace. Right? Yes.
