I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and I can definetely say this studio is the best in Dallas area. The instructors are welcoming, amazing and very professional. Anybody can come and join the class and feel they belong to that community of Urban Vybe. They will teach how to challenge yourself, to be more accepting of your body. You will learn basic and essential skills like the respect of self, balance, flexibility, physical and mental strength. They also help the members to live better with free class on essential oils and nutrition. Additionally, the studio is breathtaking and the heat system is amazing. You will feel hot during hot yoga class but the heat doesn't burn you or constrict your airway. It is really diffuse and warm up your body for a better workout. Finally they also provide incredible aerial yoga class

Love it! I joined after trying them out for 2 weeks. And just really enjoy the atmosphere and the workouts. They don't just have yoga, which by the way is top notch, but a variety of classes that are also far from basic. There are classes in cardio cycling, cross fit like full body workout, circuit training and bootcamps. The instructors work you hard and pay good attention to your form etc. You can take each workout at your own pace. I can already feel a difference in my physical condition. Yoga and the calorie burning workouts really complement each other and I am happy that I get best of both worlds.

I've taken work out (mostly cycle) classes from LOTS of instructors and I can say without a doubt Stacy is an incredible teacher. She was not only friendly and motivating, but created such a positive atmosphere in and out of the class. She made me feel so good and welcome. I would take anything she teaches. The studio is clean and beautiful and front desk staff was very nice as well! A few things to note - bring your own water because there's nowhere to fill up! Also bring your own cycle shoes if you have them, the bikes have clips but no shoes to rent (I did miss this, may need to invest in my own!). The spin class also wasn't your traditional format so be prepared for something a little bit different! Good though! Definitely recommend Stacy.

What a wonderful place to practice yoga meet new people and become part of a community. The owners Jo and Stacy are the nicest down to earth people you will meet. You will never feel unwelcome or alone. the yoga classes are great some excellent teachers and unique classes. The Hipnotic yoga is a must. It is like the Cheers of yoga studios a place where everyone knows your name and glad you came. Do not miss out, whether you are new to yoga or working out or you are a rooted yogi or a gym rat you will love this place.

Your classes and instructors are AMAZING! I love going to Urban Vybe because the classes are so effective, fun and your instructors are the BEST!! Thanks to your great staff for making Urban Vybe a studio I will continue to enjoy and refer to others.
