Look if you are really into fitness and you want to be around people and a staff that know your name.  YOU have found your place.  o2 is one of those places that is big enough to have what you need, and small enough to recognize you as the person you are.  I have been going to this gym since they first opened.  As an experienced lifter, they have all the equipment you need regardless of your lifting level.  Free weights, machine training, bikes, elipiticals, etc.  They also have some of the best trainers in the business anywhere.  I also recommend their group classes, especially the SPIN classes...phenomenal.  The next time you see me in o2 say...hi.

I went for a tour of the O2 Fitness facility today and I signed up for the gym, being promised January free and my month-to-month payment for the membership would begin February, 2018. A few hours later I received a call from the GM saying he can’t honor this promotion and said the employee was new and didn’t know better. The employee told me he spoke to the GM via text and the GM said it was okay to move forward with my contract. New or not, I was promised a promotion that was not honored. I canceled my membership the same day - still pending the refund of the $25 paid, the GM hung up on me before I was able to ask questions. 

I would have loved to be part of the O2 Fitness family, but bad management and poor customer service swayed my decision. Very disappointed.

I joined O2 a couple of months ago and I like that is super close to home and everything is well maintain. I would love to have more dates and times to choose from group classes but hopefully they will keep adding more soon. Super nice instructors and great enviroment.!

I love coming to O2 Fitness. Extremely clean, friendly staff. I love the equipment as I am able to do everything on my circuit. I love coming to a club thats not crowded at 5p and the bathrooms are not disgusting. This is a great place to be a member. Definitely worth the price. My only complaint is I wish there was more Hip Hop music :)

This gym ROCKS! The staff is so sweet and they keep the club and locker rooms spotless! I've had so many of my friends join and they all love taking the classes with me. I've never seen such knowledgeable trainers.. they really seem to know their stuff! Never have a problem getting into group or spin classes- great music is always playing. The staff in the child watch are as fun as can be. Definition of a 5 star gym, for sure!!!
