They talk to costomers like garbage. I understand being busy. Well being busy is making money in the cab service. You shouldn't talk to the ones paying your bill's like garbage. "Customers". If it wasn't for the customers you wouldn't have money coming in to pay bill's. Smart mouth woman. To say it nicely. Completely decent compared to how you talked to me. . See if i or any of my 15+ people use your services again.

Usually, don't have an issue with the company. HOWEVER..on Jan 13th and 14th,when  roads were starting to clear, I needed to pay some bills. Called for an HOUR at least,with no answer(not even from a driver I texted to ask if they were open). You could at least set up message, saying you're closed due to weather...very unprofessional,very disappointed. I get your the only stand in town...but don't ish on people.

I literally just called and she gave the most rude attitude. I couldn't hear her and asked for her to repeat what she said and she snapped at me. Terrible experience. I'd give less stars if I could

Called in an hour in advance and still ended up having to call back again for them to tell me my ride order was lost and that I would have to wait another 20 min this is not the first time I have had to wait over an hour for them to get to me would not recommend get an Uber

One of my employees was having car troubles so I told him to call a cab and I would pay for it. They took over an hour to get there. Then charged me 28$ for his 5 minute trip across town. Do yourself a favor and call an Uber.
