Called for a 1.5 mike ride they said they would be here in 10 minutes 1.5 hours later no show and won’t take my calls anymore.... what a joke... good thing it’s a bar I need a ride from so being stranded isn’t the end of the world

IF U KNOW BETTER YOU WILL DO BETTER BY CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE ONE. GHETTO & VERY RUDE. HAVE PROBLEMS EVERYTIME I TRY TO SPEND MY MONEY BUT I WONT AGAIN. SHUT IT DOWN. CHATTANOOGA DO BETTER.

I dead ass never left a bad review for any company but this company is just sad, im dead ass still waiting after 2 hours...i missed my damn date because of this evrytime i use this service i have issues with this.

I called to get a taxi from chili's to the mega bus and the taxi pulled up within 5 minutes. The dispatcher told me it would be 15 minutes, so that's was good. My driver was 17 in case I needed him again and he was so nice, funny,and cute lol. I will be using this service again. He was great.  As long as you get 17, he will take care of you.😍😍😍
