On time for every time. Prices are much lower than the tourist gouges of other companies here. Clean vehicles with friendly drivers. Drivers are prepared with secret back roads to get you to your destination without the hassle of seasonal traffic!

My wife was in town and said that this taxi service was excellent and featured all women drivers. I appreciate that option.

Driver was absolutely terrible! She was writing on a notepad with one hand, and using her cell phone in another hand. ZERO hands were on the wheel! She swerved 5 or 6 times within 6 miles. She was also going 50mph in a 25 mph. The check engine light was on, a door ajar light was on, and neither of the passengers in the front were wearing seat belts. Driver was cussing and being terribly obnoxious. She was not friendly what so ever. It was also VERY expesive. We paid $40 in the taxi and rode through Uber on the way back and paid $15 for the same distance.  The WORST TAXI RIDE IVE EVER HAD.

Loved our driver, Funky Frank! As a funky kinda couple this was right up our alley! Quick, friendly, fun and affordable! See ya next time we're in town guys!

I was stuck in Pigeon Forge at 4 in the morning and no taxi would pick up. I was relieved to get Uptown Cabs to answer and they picked me up. I'm glad it was a female driver... because I wasn't in the mood to deal with a man at that point.
