One stars is too many. I am sick of seeing my elderly neighbor standing around in the freezing cold waiting around for these people. They either DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL, or arrive very late and then with crumby attitudes and lame excuses. They don't JUMP out of their vehicle to help her in to the seat and get her walker put in for her as well. AFTER they have already made her late to her appointment. I called to get the name of the owner and mentioned how the dispatcher was SCREAMING at this one hundred year old woman, (We called for her because her phone system was down and had the dispatcher on speaker) only to be corrected and told, "Well, she is only 86."  LOL! TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

JUST WANTED TO SHARE HOW GREAT MICHELLE'S SERVICE WAS MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP AND I NEEDED  A RIDE ALL OVER TOWN TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS.WHEN I ARRIVED  BACK HOME I REALIZED I LOST MY CHAIN . I COULDN'T BELIEVE MICHELLE CALLED AND TOLD ME SHE FOUND IT. NOW THAT IS HONEST AND I WILL ALWAYS TRUST IN WORLD CLASS TAXI. THANKS AGAIN JERRY

I was told, quite rudely, when I called that they had no cars in the area and it would take at least 25 minutes-  I was able to walk to my destination from the Old City in 20 minutes so, I chose not to wait in the dark and hope they’d show up. It was quite an unnerving experience. I’ve never had an issue in larger cities getting a cab but, Knoxville is an exception!
