Call for a cab at 6:08am. Lady I smoke with said they will arive within 30min and qoated me $21.00.

40am no driver called again spoke to a guy this time. before I could finish my sentence he rudly talked over me and said they will be there in a few minutes and hung up.

57am still no driver... called again and same man said we dont give eta on drivers... we will get there, when we get there. I told him never mind I am not paying an outrages price for late driver and cancelled the driver.

They where on time, but the driver just smell bad like he don't take shower and the door was broke but everything else was OK.... His name was Michael

It worked for me, so I don't know why the reviews are such. Dispatch was on it and responsive. James, my driver, picked me up and later delivered me home from the venue. No complaints on my end. I called a couple companies before this one but they were all booked. These guys delivered for me, and I am grateful. I recommend them highly.

They Absolutely are Horrible! The woman I spoke to was Rude & argumentative, hung up on me when I asked for her name. A majority of the time my Mom has to wait Hours on them. Today was 4 hrs, in the heat waiting at the grocery store. She was originally told 1 hr. Don't waste your time or money
